The Electoral Reform Party already exists provincially in Ontario but it needs 250 founding members in order to register as a new political party federally with Elections Canada.
To become a founding member, please print, fill out and hand-sign this form declaring yourself a member of the party and email it to us at: canada@electoralreformparty.ca
Please note, electronic and digital signatures will not be accepted by Elections Canada.
However, the party may now submit scanned copies of hand-signed original declarations by email, mail or fax…which is great news!
Until recently, faxed, copied or scanned declarations wouldn’t be accepted…but that’s no longer the case, so email a picture of your hand-signed form to us at: canada@electoralreformparty.ca
